Since there are only a few moderator who are working hard and running the community and servers normal, it’s really hard to respond users who have problems or questions in a short period of time. To run most servers and the community, we kept trying to save as much money as possible to set up giveaway and upgrading dedicated servers for a better environment. We’ve been thinking about if we should get donation from members. For now, before we have a final decision, this feature may be disabled for a short time.
